Building collaborative stakeholder alignment is the backbone of our construction partnering programs. Our strengths at Creative Alliance Group come out of our direct construction experience and our leadership and organizational expertise. We are more than just a firm that provides facilitated partnering sessions. In addition to more than 10-years of construction partnering expertise, we have nearly 20-years of hands on, in the field, construction and development experience. Because of our experience as a former general contractor, construction manager and Owner we look at a project from all vantage points. Instead of looking at the project as an outsider, we have the experience to look at the project from the inside, out. This expertise is critical to being an effective neutral facilitator.

We provide our clients with a customized top-down integrated Construction Partnering Program. We do not re-use project agendas. We do not repeat workshop formats. Each of our partnering programs is unique, project specific, site specific and team specific – each program and every workshop is customized for every project.

We know how to implement project specific strategies and goals to get a project off the ground and keep it moving forward. We know how to keep all parties driving towards collaboration, project efficiencies and dispute avoidance. We focus on stakeholder alignment, budget compliance, improved QA/QC, safety, dispute prevention and resolution, expedited production schedules and minimizing project impacts.

Additionally, we understand how to turn around a project whose costs has far exceeded its’ budget, has been impacted by delays and/or is plagued with dispute issues, finger pointing or design problems. We know what it takes to get in the trenches and rebuild a framework of cooperation necessary to get the project back on track.

We are on the approved construction partnering facilitator lists, and/or incorporate all of the best practices for partnering from the International Partnering Institute (IPI), American Institute of Architects (AIA), Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (COE), U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS), Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), as well as the County of San Francisco Partnering Program (COSF) including:
